The GXP Story – Gendzier Experiences & Productions

Our Story

GXP is built on the way Danny Gendzier works.

For more than two decades, Danny has led complex productions, creative teams, and technical environments where the pressure is high and the margin for error is low. Long before GXP had a name, it was already taking shape… show to show, system to system, team to team.

What stood out wasn’t just the work.
It was the experience of working together.

Teams stayed aligned. Processes improved. Problems were solved early (or quietly avoided altogether.) Clients felt supported, informed, and confident, even when the work was complicated. Over time, that consistency became a calling card.

That’s where the name comes from.

GXP stands for Gendzier Experiences  & Productions a reflection of both the founder and the work itself.
The experience is how the work feels: calm, clear, and thoughtfully managed.
The production is the craft behind it: audio, video, lighting, broadcast, digital signage, content, design, and the technical systems that bring everything together.

At its core, GXP exists to bridge the gap between creativity and technology, translating vision into execution while continually optimizing the systems, workflows, and teams that support it.

We’re known for staying composed under pressure.
For navigating complexity with clarity.
For being transparent, trustworthy, and always a step ahead.

Today, GXP operates as a flexible studio model. Sometimes that means Danny leading directly. Other times it means assembling and guiding the right team for the scale of the work. In every case, the standard stays the same: white-glove service, clear communication, and an unwavering focus on the people behind the process.

The goal isn’t to be loud.
It’s to be reliable.
To make great work feel effortless.
And to ensure everyone involved including clients, collaborators, and audiences has a better experience because GXP was there.
